Reseller Refund and Cancellation Policy

All license fees paid to airSales LLC DBA RingHouse are non-refundable, in whole or in part, for any reason, including unused time in a license term.

Your license term is one year from your purchase date. It renews automatically at the end of each term for another one-year term, at your renewal price shown at checkout, charged to your payment method on file on your renewal date. We'll send you a reminder before your renewal date.

Cancel anytime before your renewal date in Settings in your reseller dashboard, or by emailing support@ringhouse.io. Cancelling stops your next renewal and all future renewal charges. It does not refund any fee already paid.

Your access to the program, including the dialer, CRM, lead lists, coaching, and reseller Discord, continues until the end of your current license term, then ends.

Commissions are paid only while your license is active. Once your license is no longer active, all commissions stop, and no further commission payments are made, including for revenue collected before your license ended.
