Privacy Policy

Last updated September 15, 2026 — draft, pending final legal review

1. Overview

RingHouse (“RingHouse,” “we,” “us”) provides a dialer and lead-management platform used by resellers and their clients to place and receive calls, manage leads, and run outreach campaigns. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Account information — name, email, company, and login credentials when you or your organization sign up for RingHouse.
  • Billing information — processed by our payment providers (Stripe and Paddle); RingHouse does not store full card numbers.
  • Lead and contact data — business names, phone numbers, and related details uploaded by resellers or sourced through the platform for outreach purposes.
  • Call data — call metadata, recordings, and transcripts generated when calls are placed or received through the platform, via our telephony provider (Twilio).
  • Usage data — log and device information collected automatically when you use our website or dashboard.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the RingHouse platform.
  • To process payments and manage billing for reseller accounts.
  • To enable calling, recording, and transcription features requested by an account.
  • To monitor platform performance, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
  • To communicate with you about your account, support requests, or product updates.

4. Call Recording & TCPA Compliance

Where call recording or automated calling features are enabled, resellers and their clients are responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law (including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and applicable state recording-consent laws) before placing calls or recording conversations. RingHouse provides the platform tooling but does not independently verify each call’s legal basis for contact.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, including our database and infrastructure provider (Supabase), hosting provider (Netlify), telephony provider (Twilio), and payment processors (Stripe, Paddle). These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are contractually restricted from using it for other purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain account, lead, and call data for as long as an account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. Resellers may request deletion of their data by contacting us.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging — to protect information stored on the platform. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
